Potassium metabisulfite is the most commonly used sterilization antioxidant materials in Europe and the United States.The content of sulfur dioxide is 57% with anti-oxidizing, sterilization and to promote the growth of benificial microbianisms. It has become an important means to ensure the quality of wine, which will won’t be replaced. Potassium metabisulfite has more than 100 years in the history of wine. and be added to wine permitted by law.

 

 

As one antioxidant, bleaches,preservatives, it has used not only in Wine but also in Photographic, industry, chemical and so on.
